Responsibilities or duties
- Promote the organization's healthcare products and services to healthcare professionals and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Prepare and execute territory sales plans.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and educational sessions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Medical Laboratory Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience needed
- Minimum of 2 years experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, diagnostic, or healthcare services sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
