  • Prepare and execute territory sales plans.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and educational sessions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Medical Laboratory Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experience needed

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, diagnostic, or healthcare services sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
