Job Purpose

We are a growing medical supplies company committed to providing quality medical products and solutions to healthcare institutions and professionals. We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented and customer-focused Medical Sales Representative to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's medical products to hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, pharmacies and other potential customers.
  • Identify and develop new customer and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and introduce customers to the company's products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, orders and customer enquiries.
  • Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities and opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitor activities and market trends.
  • Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, medical events and other promotional activities.
  • Work closely with the sales, customer care, procurement and logistics teams to ensure effective customer service.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and understanding of the healthcare market.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nursing, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in medical sales, healthcare, customer service or business development.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
