VACANT POSITIONS:

BeLea Pharmacy Limited wishes to advertise for the following vacant positions;

POSITION TITLE – Medical Sales Representatives

WORK STATION: Based in Nairobi, with responsibility for covering other towns in Western Kenya.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve sales targets as agreed with the management.
• Promote BeLea products to doctors and other medical personnel in hospitals, pharmacies, and other medical facilities in the assigned area.
• Identifying opportunities – both new and existing to generate and increase sales of assigned target products
• Maintaining working relationships with customers - doctors, medical practitioners and institutions to grow demand for assigned products.
• Negotiating terms of sale with identified customers to close sales and follow up to ensure purchase orders are serviced on time and in full to satisfy customer needs.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy, Biochemistry or any other related science course. Candidates who possess a business related qualification and who have relevant field experience will also be considered.
• Must be persuasive with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attentive to detail, computer literate and able to compile reports as required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
