We’re Hiring: Scheduler
BrightStar Care of Northern Kentucky – LCA Group LLC
? Nairobi, Kenya (Royal Offices, Mogotio Road, Westland – Office 32/33)
? Monday–Friday
? Availability (EST): From 7:00 to 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
⏱️ Includes: 30‑minute lunch + two 15‑minute breaks
About the Role
BrightStar Care is looking for a highly organized Scheduler with experience in Home Health, shift coordination, and multitasking in a fast‑paced environment. If you have excellent phone skills, learn quickly, and are tech‑savvy, this role is a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate daily caregiver shifts.
- Ensure full coverage for open or last‑minute shifts.
- Maintain consistent communication with caregivers regarding availability.
- Handle a high volume of calls while responding to text messages.
- Take accurate physical and digital notes for each interaction.
- Update and manage schedules using Google Sheets.
- Maintain CRM records and personnel files up to date.
- Support general office duties and uphold BrightStar Care’s values.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scheduler (Home Health preferred).
- Strong multitasking and phone‑handling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a caregiver, CNA, or PCA is a plus.
- Full availability for the scheduled hours (not suitable for students).
