Medical Specialist I (Cardiac Anesthesiologist) – Job Group Q – 1 Post – 5 Years Contract
This highly specialized role focuses on providing anesthesia for cardiac surgical procedures.
Job Description
- Administer anesthesia for open-heart and other cardiac surgeries.
- Manage patients in intensive care units requiring advanced life support.
- Conduct preoperative evaluation of patients with cardiac conditions.
- Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgeons and surgical teams.
- Monitor patients intraoperatively using specialized cardiac monitoring equipment.
- Offer expert consultation on perioperative cardiac patient management.
- Ensure patient safety and minimize complications associated with anesthesia.
- Engage in teaching and mentorship of junior doctors and anesthetists.
