Qualifications or requirements

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB/MBBS) from an institution recognized by KMPDC

Postgraduate Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Medicine (Med). Public Health, Health Systems Management, or Business/Healthcare Administration is highly desirable.

Professional Licensure:

Valid, active proctice license and current annual retention certificate from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPOC)

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 8-10 years of active clinical practice, proven track record of at least 3-5 years serving in a senior administrative role (e.g. Medical Superintendent, Deputy, or Head of Clinical Services) within a busy multi-specialty regional or secondary referral health facility

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 96

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
