This is a position within the Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills),
Applicants must:
- be a citizen of Kenya;
- be a visionary industrialist and strategic business owner, CEO, director or partner of a business enterprise with an annual turnover of at least Kenya Shillings Five Hundred Million (KShs. 500,000,000);
- meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya; and
- engagement in philanthropy and community welfare programmes will be an added advantage
Experience needed,
3 years audited accounts for applicants as businesspersons or entrepreneurs;
Any other provided details (e.g., benefits, work environment, team info, or additional notes).
Members of the Commission shall serve on part time basis and shall hold office for a period of five years and shall be eligible for reappointment for one further term of five years. Members of the Commission will be paid such allowances as the Commission may, in consultation with the Salaries and Remuneration Commission, determine. In the spirit of promoting national values and principles of governance, youth, women, and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

- Duly filled and stamped self declaration clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission; and,

- Kenya Revenue Authority – Tax Compliance Certificate;
- The Directorate of Criminal Investigations;
- A Credit Reference Bureau; and
- Higher Education Loans Board.
