Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and professional Merchandisers to join our team for an upcoming regional merchandising project. The successful candidates will be responsible for executing merchandising activities to the highest standards, ensuring product visibility, accurate display implementation, and timely reporting.

Central: Embu/Meru/Chuka, Nyeri/Karatina, Makutano/Sagana/Kutus/Mwea/Kagio, Nanyuki/Narumoro, Mwingi/Kitui, Thika/Kangari/Kenol, Murang'a Coast: Mombasa (North Coast)/Ukunda, Malindi/Kilifi Nyanza: Kisii/Nyamira/Oyugis/Keroka, Migori/Rongo, Kisumu/Luanda/Nyalenda/Nyamasaria, Busia/Malaba, Mumias/Kakamega Rift Valley: Longisa/Bomet, Kericho, Bungoma/Webuye, Gilgil/Naivasha, Nakuru/Njoro, Kitale/Moi's Bridge, Nyahururu/Ol Kalou, Eldoret, Kapsabet/Nandi Hills Nairobi: Nairobi East, Nairobi West, Nairobi South, Nairobi North

Key Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising activities according to project guidelines and brand standards.
• Set up, organize, and maintain product displays in assigned retail locations.
• Ensure products are correctly positioned, stocked, and presented to maximize visibility and sales.
• Capture clear, high-quality photographs of completed merchandising activities using a smartphone.
• Submit accurate reports and required documentation within project timelines.
• Maintain professional relationships with store personnel and represent the company positively.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Previous merchandising experience is mandatory, with the ability to provide proof of experience.
• Must own a high-quality smartphone with an excellent camera for reporting purposes. This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow merchandising guidelines accurately.
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to assigned retail locations as required.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on retail merchandising or field marketing projects.
• Familiarity with mobile reporting applications.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
