Job Summary

• Seeking a proactive Merchandiser to join the team.
• Ensure clients' products are always perfectly placed, well-stocked, and ready to catch the customer's eye.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating Impact: Building eye-catching product displays that drive sales.
• Stock Management: Monitoring inventory levels and restocking shelves to keep products accessible.
• Maintaining Standards: Ensuring all products are correctly priced, labeled, and aligned with brand planograms.
• Relationship Building: Communicating effectively with store managers and staff to solve problems and secure better shelf space.

Requirements

• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in merchandising, retail, or field sales
• Strong supervision and communication skills
• Good reporting and organizational skills
• Comfortable using mobile tools for reporting and tracking
• Willingness to travel and work flexible retail hours

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
