Middle Upper Teacher

Job Purpose: To prepare students for the transition to Junior Secondary by delivering subject-specific content effectively and developing critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned subjects (e.g., Mathematics, English, Science, Social Studies) with depth and clarity.
• Prepare students for competency-based assessments.
• Guide learners in developing research and project-based learning skills.
• Maintain discipline and foster a culture of respect and responsibility.
• Mark and record assignments, providing constructive feedback.
• Mentor students and serve as a class teacher/tutor.
• Coordinate with the Junior School teachers to ensure curriculum alignment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Education or relevant Diploma.
• TSC registered.
• Proven track record of good performance in national or school-based exams.
• Strong subject mastery and leadership skills.
