Responsibilities
The Mixed-Methods Research Assistant will be responsible for supporting research activities related to qualitative and quantitative data collection. This includes assisting in the development of research tools, conducting fieldwork, data entry, and preliminary data analysis. The role involves working closely with the research team to ensure the smooth execution of research projects.
Qualifications and Experience
We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong interest in research. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Sociology, Statistics, or a related discipline is required. Experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection methods is essential. Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, NVivo) is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
