Job Summary

The Mixologist will design the artistic liquid landscape of our resort bars and lounges. Beyond standard drink mixing, you will formulate bespoke cocktail menus, use fresh local coastal botanicals, and turn drink presentation into an engaging performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-end, signature cocktail and mocktail profiles that align with our luxury brand.
• Deliver accurate pour measures, balance complex ingredient profiles, and handle premium glassware presentations.
• Maintain complete order, sanitation, and premium stock presentation across bar workstations.

Requirements

• Solid experience operating as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender within an upscale, high-volume hospitality landscape.
• Deep product knowledge of spirits, flavor pairings, cocktail histories, and creative garnishments.
• Dynamic, polished floor presence and capability to manage guest bar flows under heavy volumes.
