We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at The Eclipse Nanyuki.

Job Summary

The Mixologist is responsible for preparing high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires creativity, product knowledge, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Develop innovative beverage presentations and seasonal drink offerings.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages.

Customer Service

• Engage with guests professionally and recommend suitable beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area.
• Handle customer requests and resolve complaints promptly.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.

Bar Operations

• Maintain bar equipment and ensure cleanliness at all times.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and applicable regulations.
• Support inventory control and stock management activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Bartending, or a related field is an added advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, or bar is preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure.
