Job Summary

The Mixologist is responsible for creating and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience through creativity, product knowledge, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages.
• Recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
• Maintain beverage quality and presentation standards.
• Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Monitor inventory and report stock shortages.
• Process beverage orders efficiently.
• Comply with responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
• Develop new beverage recipes and seasonal offerings where required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate in Hospitality, Bartending, or Mixology.
• Professional mixology training is an added advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender is preferred.
