Job Summary

The Mixologist / Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality cocktails, mocktails, coffees, and specialty beverages while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, mocktails, coffees, and specialty beverages.
  • Recommend beverages based on customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar and beverage stations.
  • Ensure consistency in beverage preparation.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
  • Maintain knowledge of beverage trends and recipes.
  • Verify customers' age where applicable.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certificate in Bartending, Barista Skills, or Hospitality.
  • Previous experience in a busy bar or café.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Creativity in beverage preparation.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
