Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Automotive Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 3 years' experience in field team management or operations coordination.

Proven track record in sales, customer engagement and closing service customers.

Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple teams.

Proficient with mobile apps and basic digital tools for reporting and communication.

Developed key skills in commercial drive, team leadership, sales and business development, field operations coordination, customer relationship management, problem-solving, communication, and reporting.

Possess technical knowledge of wheel alignment, suspension systems, and tyre wear patterns.

Demonstrated ability to manage and enhance customer relationships and solve complex problems effectively.

Valid class B driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and assign daily schedules for 6 mobile alignment units and coordinate 12 field staff.

Monitor deployment, attendance, team productivity and the target of 15 completed alignments per day.

Coordinate mobile alignment operations, equipment utilization and daily reporting.

Drive sales of wheel alignment services to tyre customers, fleet accounts and new clients.

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

Work with the Sales Director on revenue targets and sales pipeline progress.

Present service proposals to fleet managers, transport managers and procurement officers.

Ensure safety, service quality, customer satisfaction and accurate Budini system reporting.
