Role Overview
The Mobility Quality Analyst is responsible for evaluating product and service quality within the organization’s mobility product lines. The role focuses on identifying product performance issues, analyzing operational data, and ensuring that mobility solutions meet established quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analyses of mobility products to assess performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product performance data and identify trends that indicate potential quality issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve product defects and improve product reliability.
- Develop quality assurance processes that ensure consistent product standards.
- Investigate customer feedback related to product performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Participate in testing processes for new product releases and system updates.
- Maintain documentation related to quality control procedures and product evaluations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing mobility product performance.
- Provide regular reports on product quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
