Program and Technical Roles
- Support the recruitment of a consulting firm for the RAPID+ end-term impact evaluation.
- Facilitate and oversee the commencement of the end-term impact evaluation with support from the RAPID+ Program Director and the MWA MEAL Manager
- Support the development of the RAPID+ bi-annual and annual operational reports.
- Support the finalization of the RAPID+ Data Quality Assessment Report.
- Support collation and proper archiving of all RAPID+ documents and learning materials ahead of program closure.
- Support the development and dissemination of program learning materials including but not limited to webinars, reports, learning briefs and impact stories within the framework of strengthening the Program Learning agenda.
- Maintain the RAPID+ Indicator target tracking database and support partners to utilize data collection tools to monitor indicator progress.
- Provide site field reports: Review quarterly program reports, compile quarterly field reports after analysis and consolidation, find, and draw action plans, and implement partner-specific action plans emanating from field monitoring and technical M&E support visits.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelors degree in Monitoring and Impact Evaluation, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, and any other related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in WASH programs preferably with partners or sub-recipients in a multi-donor setup.
- Data collection and analysis experience: Experience using data analysis tools such as STATA and/or SPSS and mobile-based/cloud-based data collection tools such as KOBO Collect, Commcare, ODK, and related applications.
- Experience with USAID, Swiss SDC, Dutch, or other bilateral donor M&E framework requirements and conversant with their reporting formats.
- Understanding Market systems and governance-strengthening approaches will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and writing skills. Must possess experience in consolidating and drafting reports, program briefs, human interest stories, and process documentation.
- Experience engaging and collaborating with multiple partners and strengthening partnerships.
- Experience in donor reporting and work plan development.
- Previous experience working in ASAL areas of Kenya is strongly preferred.
