Responsibilities

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing M&E frameworks and tools for projects.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on project data.
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of M&E data.
  • Providing M&E support to project teams.
  • Contributing to the development of project proposals and reports.
  • Participating in M&E capacity building activities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, or Development Studies.
  • At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of health or development projects.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in M&E software and tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata, DHIS2).
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
