About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer & Video Production Expert who brings a powerful combination of storytelling, animation, graphic design, and user experience thinking to every project. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our visual communications crafting compelling motion graphics, producing high-quality video content, designing captivating brand assets, and shaping intuitive digital experiences.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand visuals across all digital and physical touchpoints. Whether you are animating a product explainer, designing or a UI prototype, your work will directly shape how the world perceives our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Animation

  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, title sequences, lower thirds, kinetic typography, and animated infographics for digital and broadcast platforms.
  • Develop 2D and 3D animations for social media, web, advertising campaigns, and presentations.
  • Create frame-by-frame illustrations and character animations as required.
  • Build reusable motion design templates and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all animation output.
  • Animate UI/UX components including micro-interactions, transition effects, and onboarding flows.

Graphic Design

  • Create compelling visual assets including brand identities, logos, marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, posters, packaging, and print materials.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand style guides ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Produce high-quality illustrations, iconography, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into powerful visuals.

UX/UI Design

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications, from discovery and wireframing through high-fidelity prototyping and handoff.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI pattern libraries.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing detailed specs and assets.
  • Apply accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles across all digital products.
  • Iterate designs based on data, analytics, and stakeholder feedback.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Present creative concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and help drive the evolution of the brand's visual language.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Film Production, Digital Media, UX Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related discipline.
  • 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video production, and/or design with a portfolio that demonstrates excellence across all four disciplines.
  • Proven track record delivering production-ready assets for digital, social, and broadcast channels.
