Qualifications or Requirements

  • Have minimum 5 years experience in motor vehicle sales, preferably in a busy dealership environment
  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Management, Commerce, or related field
  • Possess a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Have strong business development skills and an established client network
  • Hold a valid motor vehicle driving license
  • Understand motor vehicle importation and registration procedures in Kenya (NTSA, KRA, duty requirements, logbook processing) – added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both imported and locally used vehicles
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients
  • Leverage your existing business contacts to generate consistent sales leads
  • Guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and closing processes
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management
  • Ensure compliance with motor vehicle importation and registration procedures
