JOB TITLE: MOTORBIKE DELIVERY RIDER

NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

SALARY: KSHS.18,000

JOB LOCATION: INDUSTRIAL AREA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver goods promptly and safely to customers within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
• Plan and follow efficient routes using strong knowledge of Nairobi road networks.
• Verify delivery details (addresses, contact persons, invoices) before dispatch.
• Ensure goods are handled carefully to prevent damage or loss.
• Collect payments where required and issue receipts accordingly.
• Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and submit daily reports.
• Conduct daily motorbike inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, etc.).
• Keep the motorbike clean and ensure it is serviced as required.
• Immediately report accidents, delays, mechanical issues, or incidents.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a delivery rider
• Strong knowledge of Nairobi routes
• Valid riding license with a clean driving record
• Professional, responsible, and punctual
• Ability to properly maintain and take care of the motorbike and delivered products
