Responsibilities
To operate company motorcycle to ensure safe, timely and efficient delivery of Royal Mabati Factory limited products across the country, while maintaining vehicle roadworthiness, compliance with traffic laws, and upholding company safety and customer service standards
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Minimum KCSE certificate.
Valid Kenyan driving licenses (Class BCE) with a clean driving record.
Valid Certificate of good conduct.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles on busy highways.
Kenyan traffic laws, NTSA driving regulations, and highway code.
Must be a drug free user.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate company-assigned motorbikes
- Conduct thorough pre-tips and post-trip inspections, covering oil, coolant, brakes, tyres, lights and general motorcycle condition.
- Adhere strictly to NTSA regulations, road safety laws, and internal transport policies
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of any consignment send and or assigned by designated persons in the company
- Optimize delivery routes for fuel and time efficiency
- Maintain accurate trip sheets, delivery notes and fuel consumption logs
- Schedule and monitor regular motorcycle servicing and ensure roadworthiness at all times
Skills & Competencies
- Integrity, accountability, and high safety consciousness
- Physical fitness for long distance driving
- Customer service orientation during deliveries
