JOB DETAILS:

1. Youth Artisans (18–35 years): Working in construction but lack formal training.
2. Form Four Leavers: KCSE grade D- and above.
3. Workers: Upgrading skills or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
   (Note: Union selects workers for upgrading program.)
4. Women: Strongly encouraged to apply.

Program Options:

1. Regular Program (Form Four Leavers):
   • 2 terms training + 3 months industrial attachment.
2. Skill Upgrading (Current Workers):
   • 3 months training + 3 months attachment.
3. RPL Assessment: For experienced workers without certificates.

Fees & Support:

• Tuition/Exams: Fully funded.
• Industrial Attachment: 3 months (mandatory, arranged by NITA).

Work Hours: 8
