Job Summary
The Nail Technician is responsible for providing professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail treatments. The role ensures exceptional client experiences by delivering high-quality services while maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Nail Services
- Perform professional manicures and pedicures.
- Apply nail polish, gel polish, acrylic, and builder gel systems.
- Create nail art and customized nail designs.
- Remove artificial nails safely.
- Provide nail repair and strengthening treatments.
- Recommend appropriate nail care products and services.
Client Experience
- Welcome and consult with clients to understand their preferences.
- Deliver personalized nail care services.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Address client concerns professionally.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Hygiene & Safety
- Sterilize and disinfect tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow infection prevention and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory of nail products and supplies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Nail Technology or Beauty Therapy.
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in professional nail services.
- Knowledge of modern nail enhancement techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
