JOB DETAILS:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and attend to guests professionally.
- Take and serve drink orders promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
- Promote drinks, offers, and club events.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Female, 22 years and above.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident.
- Good communication skills (English & Swahili).
- Friendly personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous club or hospitality experience.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 6
Level of Education: high school
