  • Manage incidents, escalations, and shift handovers
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards
  • Liaise with doctors and other departments as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing
  • Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant clinical experience
  • Prior 2 years experience in a supervisory or in-charge role is an added advantage
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts at short notice

Engagement

  • Covering/short-term In-Charge role
  • Immediate availability is an added advantage
