About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Nurse Lead & Reliever to provide quality clinical care, support daily clinic operations, and ensure high standards of patient care, safety, infection control, and documentation.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Care & Patient Management

  • Provide quality clinical assessment, treatment, and follow-up.
  • Handle medical emergencies, first aid, referrals, and specialist consultations through mDaktari.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and participate in continuous medical education.

Preventive Health & Wellness

  • Provide health education, counseling, and wellness guidance.
  • Promote preventive healthcare and healthy living.

Safety & Infection Control

  • Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
  • Maintain first-aid supplies, clinic hygiene, and proper waste management.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate patient records through the EMR system.
  • Prepare and submit timely clinical and operational reports.

Clinic Operations

  • Support daily clinic operations, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure availability of medical supplies and proper stock management.
  • Take responsibility for clinic operations when serving as the Nurse Lead and provide coverage when working as a Reliever.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma in Nursing (KRCHN).
  • Valid NCK license and retention.
  • First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • Experience in outpatient, community, or primary healthcare.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or clinic coordination role is an added advantage.

  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
