Background information about the job or company

Huruma Nursing Hospital is expanding its healthcare team and is seeking passionate and qualified Nurses to join our team. The successful candidates will provide high-quality patient care, support clinical operations, and contribute to the hospital's mission of delivering excellent healthcare services.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to medical staff.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control protocols.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license.
  • Training in BEMONC, BLS, and ACLS is an added advantage.
  • Satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.

Experience needed

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience.
