About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at an international branded camp opening soon in the Maasai Mara. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new venture in a unique and beautiful location.
Responsibilities
As a Nurse, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assessing patient health conditions and developing appropriate care plans.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to changes in condition.
- Educating patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients.
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Nurse.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a remote location (Maasai Mara).
