About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at an international branded camp opening soon in the Maasai Mara. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new venture in a unique and beautiful location.

Responsibilities

As a Nurse, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Assessing patient health conditions and developing appropriate care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to changes in condition.
  • Educating patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Nurse.
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
  • Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work in a remote location (Maasai Mara).
