Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelors of Science in Nursing/HND. A Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) and a qualification in Pedagogy are considered added advantages. Leadership training is also beneficial. A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a medical training college or related institution is mandatory. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a busy hospital setting is required. Strong knowledge of the medical education curriculum, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements is essential.
