Registered Nurse (5 Positions)

Role Summary

The Registered Nurse will provide quality nursing care by delivering patient treatment, monitoring health conditions, promoting patient safety, and supporting recovery through compassionate and professional nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health promotion.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and patient documentation.
• Ensure infection prevention and control standards are followed.
• Support emergency care and patient referrals where necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Promote a safe, clean, and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Valid practicing license from the relevant Nursing Council.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is an added advantage.
• Compassionate, organized, and able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
