Stratostaff is a leading recruitment firm in East Africa. We are seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Nursing Manager for our client, a reputable healthcare institution in Nairobi.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage nursing operations within the facility.
  • Develop and implement nursing care policies and procedures.
  • Ensure quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage and supervise nursing staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Manage the nursing budget and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Master's degree in Nursing Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Valid nursing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and resources effectively.
