JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
- Manage shift schedules and patient care assignments
- Serve as clinical resource for nursing staff
- Coordinate with other departments for patient care
- Handle administrative duties and incident reporting
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies
- Supervise nursing staff and student nurses
- Conduct ward rounds and quality checks
- Manage patient complaints and concerns
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Registered Nursing
- Registered with General Nursing Council of Zambia
- 5+ years nursing experience with 2+ years in supervision
- Additional training in nursing administration preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
