JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Nursing Services Manager to lead the nursing department and ensure the delivery of safe, efficient, and patient-centered nursing care. The successful candidate will oversee nursing operations, staff performance, quality improvement, and compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all nursing services within the hospital.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for nursing staff.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve service delivery.
- Oversee staff training, professional development, and continuing education.
- Prepare departmental reports and participate in hospital management meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
- Registered and licensed by the relevant Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 5 years' nursing experience, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in quality assurance and hospital operations will be an added advantage.
