Qualifications and Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant professional body.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing practice.
• Proven experience in teaching or lecturing in a nursing college or equivalent institution.
• Strong knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
