The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Nutritionist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert dietary guidance and support to patients, helping them achieve their health goals and manage lifestyle-related conditions through personalized nutrition plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized diet plans.
• Provide education and counseling on nutrition for conditions like diabetes, weight management, and other lifestyle-related diseases.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Requirements

• Recognized Diploma or Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Valid registration/licensure with a relevant professional body.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical nutrition, preferably in lifestyle-related health management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
