An Office Receptionist's primary responsibilities include managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies and the reception area's tidiness.

Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, answer general inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, update calendars, manage office supplies, and perform various clerical duties like data entry, filing, and document preparation. Office Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Visitor & Security: Control access via the reception desk, ensuring safety procedures are followed and visitor logs are maintained. Support: Assist other departments with administrative tasks and provide basic information to visitors and callers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). A positive attitude, professional appearance, and eagerness to learn.
Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
