Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of our office, providing administrative support to the team, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence, and respond to inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize office filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the management and staff.
- Ensure the office is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Manage visitor reception and ensure a welcoming environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications will be a plus.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
