Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and effective administrative support across the organization.
- Support the preparation, review, and timely submission of regulatory returns, reports, statutory documentation, and other compliance requirements to the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Maintain regulatory and compliance calendars, monitor statutory deadlines, support internal compliance reviews and audits, and ensure adherence to the Retirement Benefits Act, RBA Regulations and governance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of regulatory correspondence, licenses, statutory filings, compliance documentation, client information, and scheme records; support client onboarding and coordinate responses.
- Coordinate the procurement of office supplies and services, maintain effective vendor relationships, and monitor service agreements, renewals, and administrative requirements.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in office administration, corporate administration, governance support, pension administration, compliance, preferably within a regulated environment.
- Good understanding of the Retirement Benefits Act, RBA Regulations, retirement benefits schemes, with knowledge of pension or retirement benefits administration being an added advantage.
- CIFA Part I, CPA Part I, or CISI – Regulations and Market Practice will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, records management, maintain accurate documentation and compliance deadlines.
