Role Responsibilities:

  • Professionally welcome visitors and stakeholders
  • Supervise daily office and compound cleaning activities
  • Develop and maintain monthly stock tracking systems for consumables
  • Design and implement permit renewal trackers for regulatory compliance
  • Oversee staff usage of motorbikes and vehicles
  • Establish and maintain insurance and driving license expiry trackers
  • Coordinate setup of boardrooms and meeting rooms
  • Manage meeting room allocation system
  • Process visa applications for staff and guests
  • Coordinate travel logistics (ticketing, accommodation, transportation)

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficiency in standard office software
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in office administration or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
  • Warm, approachable personality with positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, bold, and assertive with professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision

Preferred Start Date:

As soon as possible
