OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

1 Position

Job Summary

The Office Administrator will provide efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a professional first point of contact for visitors, parents, students, and staff.
  • Receive and direct telephone calls, emails, and enquiries.
  • Manage correspondence and administrative communication.
  • Maintain accurate physical and electronic records.
  • Assist with student and staff documentation.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and school activities.
  • Prepare letters, reports, notices, and other administrative documents.
  • Support school management with general administrative duties.
  • Maintain office supplies and monitor stationery requirements.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, photocopying, printing, and document management.
  • Handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Support communication between the school administration, parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with school events and administrative activities.
  • Ensure the reception and office environment remains organised and professional.

Ideal Candidate

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
  • Previous administrative or office-management experience is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good customer-service and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
