Job Summary
Power Group Technologies, a leading provider of enginsering, power, and technology solutions, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the smooth and efficient running of daily office operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating administrative functions, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining proper office systems from documentation to general office support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, space planning & utilization, security, and utilities
- Manage flect operations, fuel, maintanance, optimal utilization, and driver performance
- Supervise office administration, supplies, reception, and courier services
- Ensure efficient administrative systems, records, and office workflows
- Provide administrative support to management and departments
- Coordinate staff travel and corporate taxi services
- Ensure licensing, permits, and regulatory compliance are up to date
- Manage records, contracts, and company registry systems
- Coordinate ICT support services and vendor performance
- Support implementation of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment systems (ISO 9001 & 45001)
- Provide leadership, direction, supervision, and build a high-performing administrative team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years' progressive experience in a similar role in the Power and Energy Sector.
- Strong knowledge of facilities, fleet, and corporate services management
- Experience in compliance, vendor management, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of statutory requirements, licensing, and compliance frameworks in Kenya
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems
- Strong leadership, coordination, and vendor management skills
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, cost control, and operational efficiency improvement
- Experience in Human Resource management functions will be an added advantage.
