Office Assistant-Mombasa (budget pay 30k)

Our client, operating in the real estate sector within the coastal region has retained our services to support hiring process for a well-qualified, experienced and mature office administration assistant to be based at the Mombasa HQ office. The key responsibilities for the successful candidate will include offering and managing end to end administration activities including record keeping, basic accounting, office supplies, management of utilities, office communication, petty cash management, client customer service, meeting management and administrative support to the Director and office staff.
We invite applications from candidates with a minimum of diploma level qualification, preferably from NYS or TVET institution, good MS office skills, especially excel, coupled with 3 years’ experience
