Responsibilities
1- Analyse and improve organizational processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
2- Oversee day-to-day operations, including client service, task tracking, turnaround and closure.
3- Liaise with department leads to harmonise budgets, reduce costs, and examine processes to improve overall company profitability.
4- Supervise, and mentor employees, while fostering a productive work environment with high levels of integrity, excellence and client service.
5- Collaborate with all department leads to formulate and implement new client acquisition and retention strategies and products.
6- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations, health and safety standards, and maintain quality control.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong understanding of business operations, team alignment and organizational effectiveness.
- Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis, KPIs tracking, collaborative working and productivity tracking tools/platform.
- Proven skills in developing proposals, completing bids/ tenders and client acquisition documentation.
- Detail oriented, well organized and able to create quality deliverables in a fast-paced work environment under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Membership in a professional society will be an added advantage.
