The Officer, Card Operations will be responsible for overseeing and supporting day-to-day card-related processes to ensure smooth service delivery. This role focuses on ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in card operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage card issuance, activation, replacements, and maintenance within agreed turnaround times.
- Monitor transaction processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Resolve operational issues related to card services, liaising with internal teams and external service providers.
- Support reconciliation of card transactions and investigate discrepancies promptly.
- Provide guidance to branch and frontline teams on card-related processes and issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed records and reports on card operations for performance monitoring.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance card services and customer experience.
