Responsibilities or duties

Aid in Development of medium- and long-term goals for reducing carbon emissions, minimizing waste, and conserving energy and water.

Ensuring CPF adheres to environmental, social, and energy mandates.

Tracking resource consumption and utilizing tools to quantify the business's carbon footprint and broader climate impact.

Facilitate development and implementation of CPF Group sustainability policies and procedures.

Develop programmes for educating and training employees to foster a culture of ecological awareness across all departments.

Investigate critical incidents that negatively impact on sustainability.

Design and execute long-term funding strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Identifying, engaging, and maintaining strong relationships with institutional donors, corporate sponsors, and high-net-worth individuals.

Collaborating with program and finance teams to ensure funded projects meet donor requirements, milestones, and reporting.

Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Marketing, or relevant field.

Relevant professional qualification/ certification

Experience needed

At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar organisation or busy function
