Job Purpose

To manage warehouse goods receiving, offloading, storage, issuing, and returns operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with established operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming goods against delivery documents and inspect for damages, shortages, or discrepancies.
• Coordinate safe offloading, proper stacking, and storage of goods in designated locations.
• Process goods issuing orders in accordance with approved dispatch instructions.
• Verify picking details, driver information, and vehicle registration to prevent delivery errors.
• Maintain proper documentation for manual orders and obtain customer acknowledgement signatures for self-collection orders.
• Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure accurate inventory transactions.
• Complete pending system entries following system recovery where manual processes were used.
• Process customer returns, including physical inspection, storage, and corresponding system updates.
• Ensure different return categories are handled in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and comply with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably within the same industry.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse management systems and smart terminals.
• Good understanding of goods receiving, issuing, inventory control, and warehouse documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and compliance awareness.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a demanding warehouse environment, including peak periods.
