On & Off Loading Team
Job Summary
The On & Off Loading Team will support the safe and efficient loading and unloading of products, raw materials, packaging materials, and other goods at the company's facilities, stores, vehicles, and outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload products and materials safely and efficiently.
- Arrange goods properly in vehicles, warehouses, and designated storage areas.
- Assist with counting and verifying goods during loading and unloading.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or loss.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and store personnel.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in loading and unloading areas.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Assist drivers and warehouse teams with deliveries and dispatches.
- Use appropriate manual handling techniques and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous loading, unloading, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
