The Oncology Tutor will coordinate paediatric oncology training by delivering theoretical and clinical instruction, assessing student performance, and ensuring curriculum compliance with Nursing Council standards. He/she will also maintain clinical competence and contributes to quality improvement, audits, and research.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
• Higher National Diploma in Oncology/Paediatric Oncology nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year working experience as a Tutor.
• Certification as a TVET Instructor is desirable and an added advantage.
• Certificate in any Paediatric Resuscitation skills will be an added advantage.
• Valid Nursing Council of Kenya Practice license.
• Nursing Council of Kenya Registration Certificate.
